In Business Process Management that was prepared by Pixelsoftoffice for Coca Cola, it has been provided that order process in between the supplier and dealers can manage on a web based system. Basically, it is aimed to simplify the business process of headquarter team of Coca Cola.
In briefly, processing of the project is at below,
Firstly, the HQ team gives supplies orders to supplier firms on the project in order to send the dealers. In this way, when the supplier firms see the related orders on the system, they bring to supplies to dealer. In this process, the dealers can approve or disapprove the orders that were sent by the supplier firms. HQ teams can take report which is compatible with SAP system and in this way, they can manage all the process on a web based Project.
